Custom Handcrafted Products

All Sketcha products are individually handcrafted after purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Items approved for return must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
